Right of withdrawal
DOES NOT APPLY TO DANCE COURSES.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply (taken from the Swedish Consumer Agency's website)
There are exceptions when the right of withdrawal does not apply. We are obliged to inform the consumer that the right of withdrawal does not apply before they enter into the contract, including the following:
- Cultural and sporting events
- Leisure activities that are carried out on a specific day or for a limited period of time, such as cultural events or football matches
- Travel

Other absence
If you miss any course for reasons other than those stated above, this course opportunity is used up and you cannot receive financial compensation for the occasion when you were absent. IF you notify us on 070 510 27 20 well in advance before you are going to be away ( no later than 12 noon the same day / for Saturday & Sunday courses no later than the day before) you have the opportunity to make up 3 missed opportunities / course on another course on the schedule, subject to space, during the same course period. Only upon presentation of a sick certificate can you make up missed times in the coming semester. All make-up opportunities only apply after the course has been fully paid.
Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with a course, you can, under certain circumstances, complain about the course in accordance with the Consumer Services Act's rules on defects in service, 1985:716 (KTjL). We see it as an opportunity to improve our operations and are happy to listen to your views and complaints. So please contact us in the first instance at info@urkraft.nu If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) via www.arn.se or by post to: Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We will follow ARN's decision.
